Getting the proper amount of sleep has many health benefits. Stop doing other things so you can get the proper sleep you need. Set a bed time and stick to it all week! Stay well!

Before bed, avoid heavy meals, smoking, and drinking alcohol or caffeine.These can all be disruptive to sleep. Try to eliminate caffeine after 2:00 pm and finish the others 3 hours before bedtime. Removing these habits before your bed time could improve your quality of sleep.   Stay well!
